Organization Development (OD) continues to define itself as a field,
growing and thriving because of the gaps it fills and the opportunities
it can provide for organizations and the workforce. Together, as
we explore "OD in Action" we will reflect on who we want to be as
OD practitioners. We will consider the professional environments,
career pathways, leadership approaches, and capability areas
(informed by the Global OD Competency Framework) that
shape our work. And we will seek ways to keep people and the
culture of work in mind as we become more aware of and reach
for the Future.
