A Design Thinking Lab to Build Cross-Generational Connection and AI Readiness in the Workplace AI is reshaping work, and OD leaders must guide adoption without losing the human connections that drive performance. In this hands-on session, we’ll use design thinking to surface generational hopes, fears, and motivators around AI, moving beyond assumptions to real insights. Participants will co-create an empathy map and leave with an AI Readiness & Connection canvas—packed with actionable ideas to bridge generations, reduce resistance, and build inclusive, future-ready workplaces. |
