Bio
Noa brings over 20 years of experience in change management, human resources, project management, talent development, and leadership development in both-for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Throughout her diverse career, including the Israeli Navy, change management consulting, and as a leader volunteer, Noa's passion has always been centered on human-based leadership and team development. Noa's own personal relocation to the US in 2005 provided profound insights into the impact of change on one's mindset and ability to move forward. This experience cultivated empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of change, both personally and professionally. It equipped her clients from all over the world with the ability to overcome obstacles in times of change and to look at situations from a new perspective. It also opened up the opportunity for Noa to work with leaders worldwide, for which she is grateful. She believes in encouraging others to look beyond the surface and embrace out-of-the-box thinking when influencing change and leading others. These experiences led her to publish and speak about her book "BEyond Leadership."
In her coaching practice, Noa is dedicated to empowering executives, company founders, and social leaders, as well as their teams, to push beyond their current leadership boundaries to see the change they care about. Her expertise lies in guiding leaders in fast-growing organizations through the demanding "Messy Middle" phase, where constant evolution is the norm. Through personalized or group/team coaching, Noa assists leaders to "see beyond" by rethinking their vision, goals, and values to cultivate engagement and institute sustainable systems for organizational success and resilience.
As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 3,000 hours of coaching experience with leaders, teams, and individuals globally, Noa is among the elite group of 1,074 MCCs recognized by the ICF as of August 2021.
