Work through two member cases: one past experience with lessons to share, and one current challenge where your fresh perspective could help
Compare notes at our tables: hear how others read the same case, challenge your own assumptions, and sketch out what to try next.
Connect over breakfast and celebrate the year: reconnect with colleagues and get to know the people behind the practices.
Everyone brings expertise, and everyone has something to learn. Whether you’re newer to OD or bring decades of experience, your perspective belongs here.

Apply here by end of business on November 17th. The committee will select two cases and confirm presenters by November 20th.
