Leadership SIG - Using Appreciative Inquiry to Discover Your Best Leadership Moment

  • 11/19/2025
  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Virtual via Zoom

Every leader has moments when everything just clicks—when purpose, people, and results align.

In this session, we’ll use Appreciative Inquiry to explore those “bright spots” in our own leadership—times when we were at our best and made our greatest impact.

This session does involve some fun prework:

Come ready to share your brightest leadership moment and what it reveals about how you lead when you’re truly in your element. More specifically, what were the conditions that were present and your mindset that contributed to your success.

Together, we’ll uncover themes, insights, and inspiration we can carry forward into our everyday leadership.

We are limiting this session to 8 participants to ensure a rich conversation.

What is appreciative inquiry methodology?

Appreciative Inquiry is a strengths-based approach to change that focuses on identifying what works well within an organization or group and building on those successes. Instead of analyzing problems, it engages people in discovering their best experiences, envisioning a desired future, and co-creating practical steps to achieve it.

We hope to see you at 4 pm on Nov. 19th.
