TITLE: Digital Transformation -A Window into What IT is and what’s Emerging

The advent of technology demands organizations adopt new ways of working, communicating and decision making to integrate technology. A new family of jobs, roles, and disciplines, that didn't exist a decade ago, must be integrated into the fabric of the organization at dizzying speed, making implementation stressful. “Digital transformation” failure rates are reportedly as high as 80%. What does that mean and why is that so?

Our panel of IT subject matter experts brings a diverse range of technical expertise and deep level experience working in the trenches of organizations.

In this event;

  • We'll learn about the disciplines, roles, and functions involved in technology.
  • Hear about the challenges our panelists are encountering.
  • Engage in discovery and dialog to bridge disciplines in support of mutual clients as we wrestle with the new frontier of rapid evolution

Come prepared to share what opportunities do YOU see for making progress.

  •  What challenges have you dealt with?
  •  What questions do you have to better understand situations, challenges, and opportunities from the Technology side?
  •  What needs to occur to enable multiple disciplines to work together in support of our joint work?
  •  What ideas or actions do you recommend?
