Kelly Gangl is a Human Resources and Organization Development professional with 20+ years of experience. Kelly earned her B.S. Degree in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University, and actively maintains the SPHR Certification. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Organization Development (MOD) from Bowling Green State University in August, 2015 and became certified as a Professional Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification in February of 2016. Kelly is the Vice President of Human Resources for the North Carolina Biotechnology Center and founder of Connect-to-Thrive Business Consulting.
Kelly has provided organization and human resources consulting services for the past several years and inspired one client to navigate through a leadership and cultural transformation over a period of eighteen months. This experience was recently published in a chapter in a book called “Coaching Perspectives”. Over the course of her career, Kelly has served in key human resource leadership roles for small, medium and large size employers in several industries including medical manufacturing, real estate development, direct mail, construction trades and student loan services.
