Goal Setting for Life: Are you on the Hamster Wheel or Ferris Wheel?

(8:30-10:30 - bring your own coffee/tea and snacks).

Why do people make resolutions on January 1st? Well, it's the one day of the year when the calendar offers a fresh start, a clean slate, and a perfect excuse to dust off those long-forgotten dreams and aspirations with a renewed sense of determination!

However, studies have reported that 43% of people give up on their resolutions by February 1st and 37% more people give up by February 28th. Why? Because people make the resolution with no plan of how to get there.

Let’s get you off the resolution Hamster Wheel and on to the “Living Out Your Dreams” Ferris Wheel.

Ready to get off the Hamster Wheel but your brain has questions:

  • How do I set attainable goals?
  • What is my starting point?
  • How do I plan my Ferris Wheel life?

By the end of the workshop, you will be equipped with the tools needed to set and achieve goals with confidence and purpose. Get ready to see your dreams become your reality!
