&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font&gt;Organizations need agility, innovation, and adaptability to thrive in today's rapidly changing marketplace.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font&gt;Most say they want innovation, yet many unknowingly create conditions that discourage it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font&gt;&amp;nbsp;In this session, we will explore the leadership challenge at the heart of this paradox: how to create work environments where people feel safe enough to experiment, challenge assumptions, and contribute new ideas.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Our goal is to leave with practical insights and actionable strategies for helping leaders foster cultures that encourage curiosity, responsible risk-taking, and continuous adaptation.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Old models and training processes are quickly becoming obsolete at a time when the need for effective leadership development solutions is urgent.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
