The Triangle Organization Development Network (TODN) is an organization development community in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area, providing opportunities for professional learning, development, and support for our members and associates.
Established in 1997, we are a regional non-profit membership association and are professionally connected with the international association, Organization Development Network. Our members are professionals working in OD, HR, Learning & Development, and Change Management. We are committed to developing the field and practice of OD through sharing best practices, innovations, trends, research, approaches, and techniques.
Our Mission, Value, and Framework are focused on advancing the Principles, Practice, and Profession of Organization Development.
